Ian was terrific! So customer-service focused! He followed up on my Saturday phone request for a product, which was not going to be available until Monday, by going out of his way to magically get it into the store anyway. Pool Doctor RX had sent a mail flyer advertising opening pools for the season, but I missed the cut-off date and desperately called to see if they would make an exception. Adrienne was simple a ROCK STAR on listening to my dilemma and promised to get her team in play to see if they could squeeze me in. They arrived and spent 4 hours helping us get it ready for the season. I highly recommend this company for their follow-up and fantastic customer service!
